We Made the Move Ourselves and Make Buying a House a Smooth & Enjoyable Experience
Buying when you are living out of town can be a little stressful and we understand. Our team leaders made that move in 2024. We have completed over $36M in transactions across two states. Below you will find some information about moving to Spokane. When working with out-of-the-area clients we have a slightly different process:
What to Expect
1) In the state of WA we are required to sign an agreement to show you houses.
2) Once that is complete we will get work working together to figure out the profile of your next home. This includes a zoom or phone call to figure out what type of home, neighborhood, and details about what homes would be a great fit for you.
3) Our team will set up a search and we will schedule viewings. Our team helps you from start to finish to navigate the process. We help you find places to stay when you visit and organize your showings to both highlight the homes, but also the parts of Spokane that align with your interests (dinner, coffee, parks, etc).
4) After an offer is accepted we coordinate with you to make sure someone from our team is present for your inspections and more.
5) Moving coordination including contractors if you need work done, cleaning, unpacking resources, and more.
